Dr. Md. Fazlay Rabby
Dr. Md. Fazlay Rabby graduated from City Dental College in 2012. He gained further expertise working with renowned dental surgeon and obtained one-year PGT in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Dhaka Dental College & Hospital.
Dr. Md. Fazlay Rabby obtained MPH (Masters of Public Health) from National Institute of Preventive & Social Medicine (NIPSOM) under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in 2017.
From August 2010 to September 2012, Dr. Rabby has got responsibility to work in the “JICA Model Project for Improvement on Oral Health Care in Rural area in Bangladesh.
After that Dr. Rabby got responsibility to work in several schools in Bangladesh as a Volunteer with the help of JICA Team.
From 2015 to till now, Dr. Rabby has got responsibility to work as a Senior Oral health care specialist in JICA as JHORNA Project in Gazipur & Moulovibazar District.
From 2017, Dr. Rabby has got the responsibility to work with Multiple NGOs in public health sector.
From 15th July 2019 until the present Dr. Rabby has joined as a Surveillance Medical Officer (SMO) in Zoonotic Disease Control Program, Communicable Disease Control (CDC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) under 4th HPNSP in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
